Job summary

QUESS Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to coordinate the rollout of a loyalty and rewards platform and streamline existing cardholder loyalty programs.

You will work with Cards, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams as well as external partners to drive the program from design through development to launch, focusing on business outcomes and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing business-side projects in cards, loyalty, rewards or financial services.
• Strong experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of loyalty programs to a new platform.
• Translate loyalty strategy into clear business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end business project plan with milestones and risks.
• Coordinate activities across client business, technology and external partners.
• Govern project governance with regular updates and decision tracking.
• Prepare concise updates for senior management and governance forums.
• Assist design of target loyalty proposition and customer journeys.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on future-state programs.
• Coordinate business readiness ahead of launch and migration.
• Support launch, transition and validation activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed implementation timelines.
