Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate the migration of cardholder loyalty and rewards programs to a new platform. You will translate business strategies into clear requirements and manage end-to-end plans with cross-functional teams.

The role involves governance, stakeholder alignment, and regular senior management reporting, with responsibilities spanning workshops, migration planning, validation, and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to transition existing cardholder loyalty and rewards programs to a new platform.
• Translate loyalty platform strategies into clear business and functional requirements for implementation.
• Manage end-to-end project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, project governance, stakeholder alignment and senior management reporting.
• Support the design of future-state loyalty programs, including customer journeys, rewards structures, eligibility rules and redemption experiences.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on loyalty propositions and business requirements.
• Coordinate migration, launch planning, business validation, user acceptance testing and operational readiness.
• Track implementation deliverables and ensure business readiness activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Any other adhoc projects/duties as assigned
