Job summary

Adecco Portugal is partnering with a leading global fintech company to implement a new loyalty and rewards platform and transform existing cardholder loyalty programmes. The Business Project Manager will drive business-side delivery, stakeholder alignment and platform implementation across Cards, Loyalty, Marketing and Operations.

The role requires experience in cards, payments, loyalty programmes or financial services, with a proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage governance,

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior management updates.
• Strong ability to translate objectives into clear requirements and plans.
• Experience coordinating business and technology teams, vendors and partners.
• Experience facilitating workshops and governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business project plan with milestones, risks and timelines.
• Coordinate transition of loyalty programmes to new platform with stakeholders and teams.
• Translate strategy into functional requirements and actionable implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Cards, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Product teams.
• Drive governance with regular sessions, steering updates, risk tracking and decisions.
