Job summary

DSV Road is seeking a Procurement Executive to support sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, rate negotiations, and cost optimization for logistics and transportation services across Singapore and Malaysia. The role focuses on acquiring value from vendors while ensuring compliance with governance policies.

The candidate should bring 3–4 years in procurement within freight forwarding or related industries, with a Diploma or Degree in SCM or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years procurement experience in logistics or related industries.
• Diploma or degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, Procurement or related field.
• Experience with RFQs, tenders, vendor sourcing and negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen to analyse quotations and cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and onboard vendors for transportation, warehousing and logistics services.
• Conduct RFQs, tenders and quotation analyses to select suppliers.
• Negotiate rates and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Business Development on procurement matters.
