Job summary

HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Vice President, Product Proposition to lead the development and execution of market-leading life insurance propositions across segments and distribution channels.

You will partner with product, pricing, actuarial, channels, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, client-focused offerings and compelling messaging for internal and external stakeholders in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

Qualifications

Strong experience in life insurance, with focus on product positioning and distribution strategy.
Actuarial or technical expertise in product design would be an advantage.
Deep understanding of client needs in Singapore/Asia, particularly around HNW, index-linked products, health and protection solutions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with operational excellence in product go-to-market leadership.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to create crisp, executive-ready slides

Responsibilities

Define and execute HSBC Life’s product proposition strategies across customer segments, product lines and channels.
Craft innovative, client-centric propositions and positioning for products and drive propagation across global platforms.
Coordinate across product development, pricing, actuarial, channels, marketing and training to deliver superior propositions.
Establish collaboration with distribution partners to refine product propositions and capture insights for innovation.
Own the quality of product proposition narratives and ensure polished presentations for stakeholders.
Tailor messaging to empower distribution partners and client-facing teams across channels.
