Job summary

You will collaborate with domain leaders to define competency requirements, create development pathways, and design flagship programmes that embed a strong adult learning culture across technical and business units.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or ICT and relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience in competency-based learning frameworks and HR practices.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate governance for competency development and steer committees.
• Set up Academy Faculty team to deliver and contextualise training.
• Develop Competency Frameworks across healthcare, technical and product domains.
• Create learning pathways and define mandatory vs. recommended training.
• Design flagship programmes aligned with the competency framework.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and vendor selection for programmes.
• Lead standup trainings and coordinate capability events.
• Review programme effectiveness and source alternatives when needed.
