The role oversees occupancy planning, landlord relations, fit-outs, and service provider governance to deliver safe, compliant, and value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include budgets, forecasts, contract ownership, and driving performance improvements across workplace services, IFM, hospitality, and related functions.

Qualifikationen

• Executive-level commercial judgement and vendor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate real estate, leasing, and workplace operations.
• Experience with risk, compliance, project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Credible stakeholder leadership with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Provide strategic oversight of Prudential's corporate and Agency property portfolio.
• Direct occupancy planning, space utilisation and portfolio optimisation.
• Lead landlord relationships and ensure lease obligations are met.
• Govern IFM, hospitality, workplace experience, records, technology and providers.
