Job summary

Prudential plc in Singapore seeks a strategic leader to manage its Workplace Services and property portfolio. You will govern leases, lead space planning and drive service provider performance to deliver compliant, cost-effective outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Workplace Services, you will oversee budgets, risk management and transformation initiatives, aligning with business objectives to support a premium, compliant work environment for our teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate real estate, property or facilities management
• Experience in leasing, tenancy management and landlord engagement
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve contractual issues
• Experience in IFM, workplace services or multi-provider service integration is a plus
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate and Agency property portfolio, including leasing, renewals, relocations and reinstatements
• Lead occupancy planning and space utilisation
• Manage landlord relationships and ensure lease obligations are met
• Govern IFM, hospitality, workplace experience, records, technology and providers
• Own budgets, forecasts and drive cost savings and value-for-money
• Lead workplace services transformation and operating-model improvements
• Chair vendor-performance forums and oversee renewals and contract reviews
• Ensure risk, compliance and business continuity in workplace operations
