DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to support syndicated loan agency administration and related operations. You will review finance documents, manage day‑to‑day administration, drawdown, rollover, and billing, and liaise with legal counsels and borrowers to ensure smooth deal closings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of credit evaluation, loan accounting, and policy within a dynamic bank environment.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in Syndicated Loan Agency Administration or corporate loan administration.
• Good understanding of market practice in Syndication Loan Administration and Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of finance documents and ability to interpret legal documents.
• Good communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Familiar with credit evaluation process, loan accounting and policy.
• Default loan management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support syndication loan agency, security agency services for all segments where DBS is Facility/Security/Account Bank.
• Review and provide comments on draft finance documents.
• Process day-to-day syndication loan administration tasks: drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, and prepayment.
