Job summary

M organ McKinley is partnering with a client to hire an experienced risk professional who can act as a strategic business partner, strengthening enterprise-wide risk governance across a complex environment in Singapore.

You will lead the risk and compliance function, collaborate with senior leaders on decisions, oversee BCM and operational resilience, and embed a proactive risk culture that balances growth with regulatory assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise risk management and compliance.
• Experience leading risk and compliance in large, complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, governance, BCM.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and balance risk with business needs.
• Experience in regulated industries like telecom or tech is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management and compliance functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to advise on strategic decisions.
• Strengthen risk governance, internal controls and compliance oversight.
• Oversee BCM, risk assurance and operational resilience.
• Identify emerging risks across regulatory, tech, and security domains.
• Build and develop a high-performing risk team and drive continuous improvement.
