Job summary

ICHX Tech Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced risk leader to own the group enterprise risk framework, appetite and policy suite across Singapore and the region. You will oversee the outsourcing framework, BCM, and regulatory interactions with MAS, while reporting risks to senior management.

The role requires deep MAS guideline knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive risk-focused improvements across multiple entities. Leadership of the Enterprise Risk team is key.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of risk management experience in financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and BCM frameworks.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and MAS inspections.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the group enterprise risk management framework and risk appetite.
• Develop KRIs, risk limits and tolerances; maintain risk policies.
• Oversee outsourcing framework, vendor due diligence and intra-group arrangements.
• Report top risks and incidents to Senior Management and escalate breaches.
• Lead incident, loss-event processes and regulatory interactions with MAS.
