Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a leading global investment firm in Singapore to recruit a Senior Vice President, Operational and Enterprise Risk Management. The role focuses on designing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk framework, strengthening governance and elevating risk oversight across the organization.

You will work with senior stakeholders to develop risk taxonomies, appetite statements and reporting dashboards, guiding strategic decision-making and embedding robust

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management and operational risk within financial services

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework, including risk taxonomy, risk appetite and governance structures
• Develop risk methodologies, standards, policies and reporting frameworks to support effective risk oversight
• Drive enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment activities across key risk categories
• Strengthen operational risk management practices, including risk assessments, incident management and remediation monitoring
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide risk insights and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare risk reporting and dashboards for management and governance committees
