Job summary

Jurong Port seeks a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management leader to oversee the corporate risk review cycle, engage key stakeholders, and benchmark against industry peers. You will drive horizon scanning, regulatory reviews, and incident analysis to strengthen risk controls across operations and major projects.

With 12+ years in risk management and strong governance experience, you will lead the BCM framework, coordinate crises, and ensure alignment with ISO standards and enterprise risk practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance or Engineering.
• Knowledge or professional certification in Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301/SS 540) and Enterprise Risk Management (ISO 31000).
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, with at least 6 years in Enterprise Risk Management or similar governance and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools and frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO).
• At least 6 years of experience in large-scale or construction project management is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead JP Corporate Risk Review cycle prior to approval by JP Board.
• Facilitate quarterly risk review discussions with divisions owning Corporate Risks.
• Engage HODs to review risk registers and surface Corporate Risks.
• Conduct horizon scanning and benchmark with maritime industry peers.
• Review regulatory requirements and report findings to ARC and Board annually.
• Provide risk oversight for key projects and monitor emerging risks.
• Lead development and operationalization of Project Risk Management processes.
• Lead Business Continuity Management and BCM framework implementation.
• Coordinate crisis readiness exercises and act as Crisis Coordinator when needed.
• Review Enterprise Risk Management and BCM framework and policies for relevancy.
