Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a senior Financial services technology and delivery leader in Singapore to take end-to-end ownership of a strategic customer account. You will drive delivery across application and infrastructure managed services, aiming at improving key delivery metrics and achieving business outcomes.

Leading large programmes, shaping solutions with Sales and Presales, and building an onsite-offshore delivery organisation are key aspects of the role.

We are looking for a senior Financial services technology and delivery leader to take end-to-end ownership of a strategic customer account in Singapore.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery across application and infrastructure managed services - drive improvement in key delivery metrics.
• Lead large, complex transformation programmes to agreed business outcomes, quality and financial targets.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-1 and senior stakeholders, and lead executive governance.
• Partner with Sales and Presales to shape solutions and proposals, and drive strategic opportunities through to deal closure.
• Lead and develop a high-performing onsite-offshore delivery organisation.

What you bring

• 18+ years in IT Services, including 10+ years in Banking & Financial Services.
• A strong pedigree in application engineering, architecture and modernization.
• A track record of proven large program management capabilities
• Credibility with CXO-1 and senior technology stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
