Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a senior lead to work within the Policy, Regulation & Competition Development group, focusing on deployment policy for telecom infrastructure and COPIF compliance.

You will coordinate with telecom operators, building owners, and MCSTs on-site, drive process improvements, and lead a team to achieve strong operational and strategic outcomes for mobile networks, including 5G deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in the telecom industry.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in site acquisition is advantageous.
• Knowledge of COPIF is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement COPIF for operators' deployment; engage building owners and MCSTs on-site to explain requirements and resolve differences.
• Support mobile network operators in 5G infrastructure deployment, including road and MRT tunnels and mega projects.
• Collaborate with agencies to address concerns on mobile deployments and drive process improvements.
• Lead a team to manage operational matters and identify strategic process enhancements.
