Job summary

Singtel Group is hiring a Lead Specialist, Mobile Data Engineering (Networks) to steer end-to-end planning for 4G/5G platforms, including core, analytics, and observability. You’ll own roadmaps for 4G VNF and 5G CNF, ensuring scalability and performance while aligning with business priorities.

You will provide technical leadership across mobile data planning, DevOps, and automation, guiding cloud-native and virtualized environments and ensuring secure, efficient delivery of telecom platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in mobile network planning, mobile data engineering, packet core, mobile core, service assurance, cloud-native telecom platforms, or telecom infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for mobile data platforms across 4G and 5G environments, including core, analytics, and observability platforms.
• Own planning roadmap for 4G VNF and 5G CNF domains with scalability and performance.
• Provide domain expertise across 4G/5G, Roaming, VoLTE, VoNR, IoT, and 5G slicing.
