Job summary

Singtel Networks in Singapore seeks a senior RAN Network Security leader to define the security roadmap for the mobile network, spanning 5G/LTE, risk assessments and governance. You will guide regulatory engagements and drive security program execution while managing vendors to ensure compliance across the RAN domain.

The role requires deep expertise in LTE/5G security, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of mobile network engineering experience, with RAN focus.
• Experience with LTE/5G architecture, signaling and security hardening.
• Familiarity with regulatory cybersecurity requirements and compliance.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and define the RAN Network Security roadmap and strategy.
• Govern all RAN-related security initiatives under a unified portfolio.
• Lead engagement with Regulatory Department and authorities.
• Drive tender preparation, contract negotiation, and execution.
• Oversee system deployment, governance, upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and risk management.
