Qualifications

• Background in business, economics, public policy, law, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in telecommunications policy development, competition analysis, or regulatory affairs, with supervisory capacity.
• Experience in spectrum management, market reviews, and legislative reform processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic policy design and reviews for local and international market segments.
• Perform market reviews, M&A assessments, and develop regulatory frameworks aligning with technology trends.
• Conduct robust economic, financial, and technology-impact analyses across telecom, media, and postal markets.
• Design infrastructure strategies for postal/parcel lockers and support cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with public agencies and enterprises to ensure policy alignment.
