Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Manager, Vehicle Quota & Registration in Singapore to lead daily operations for vehicle quota and registration, including e-scooters, liaising with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

You will review policies, formulate strategies for bidding and allocation of Certificates of Entitlement and vehicle ownership/registration, taxes and fees, refunds, and numbers, and guide staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong writing and presentation skills are required.
• High cognitive and analytical ability; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to vehicle quota and registration, including external liaison.
• Review policies and vehicle schemes; formulate strategies for bidding and allocation of Certificates of Entitlement and other registrations.
• Guide staff performance and provide advice to public and external agencies on quota and registration matters.
