Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT professional to manage SAP Business One and provide robust IT operations in a near-MRT location in Singapore. You will oversee Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cloud solutions, and end-user devices, while coordinating with external vendors on projects and cybersecurity.

Degree in IT and 5+ years' experience are required. The role involves budgeting support, licensing, procurement, and documentation; exposure to Power BI/Power Platform is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in an MNC or regional environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One or similar ERP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, SQL Server, networks, cloud tech, and cybersecurity.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cloud solutions, end-user devices, and IT asset management.
• Provide IT helpdesk support, user onboarding, system training, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors on projects, cybersecurity, system maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, and timely issue resolution.
• Assist in IT budgeting, software licensing, procurement, and other IT duties.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and support SAP Business One and other business applications, including user access, troubleshooting, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and master data maintenance.

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cloud solutions, end-user devices, and IT asset management.

• Provide IT helpdesk support, user onboarding, system training, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

• Liaise and coordinate closely with external IT vendors on IT projects, cybersecurity, system maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, ensuring timely resolution of issues and smooth implementation of IT initiatives.

• Assist in IT budgeting, software licensing, procurement, and any other IT-related duties assigned.
