Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Information Technology to lead end-user support and IT operations at Labrador Park.

The role covers ERP applications, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery and digital transformation initiatives. You will support SAP Business One, manage Microsoft 365, networks, and BI reporting, while liaising with HQ and vendors to ensure stable systems and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational or regional business environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP Business One and other business applications for stable performance and operations.
• Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, coordinate enhancements, upgrades and testing.
• Maintain master data integrity and liaise with vendors and HQ on support and improvements.
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, monitor security, manage patches and IAM.
• Support PDPA compliance, data protection practices and audit documentation.
• Contribute to data analytics and reporting using Power BI.
• Coordinate IT projects with users, HQ IT teams and vendors; manage budgets and licenses.
