Job summary

ajinomoto (singapore) private limited seeks an IT Infrastructure lead to support and manage the Company's IT landscape, including ERP, cybersecurity, digitalisation, and end-user services in Singapore. The role ensures reliable, secure IT operations aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee SAP Business One and other applications, manage IT infrastructure, drive digital transformation, and coordinate with HQ and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in a multinational company or regional business environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity.
• Experience coordinating IT vendors, managing IT projects and supporting digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP Business One and other business applications to ensure stable system performance and effective business operations.
• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions and end-user devices.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard information assets with monitoring, patching, IAM, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Support PDPA compliance, data protection practices and audit documentation.
• Manage backup operations and assist with disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via digital technologies and AI initiatives.
• Support development of Power BI reports and dashboards and improve data quality for decision-making.
• Coordinate IT projects with HQ, vendors and business users to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in IT budgeting and asset management including software licenses and cost optimisation.
• Provide user support, onboarding and training, and maintain technical documentation.
