QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Governance & Risk Executive to support IT governance, cybersecurity governance, risk, audit, compliance, and AI governance across the Group.

This hands-on coordination role works closely with the Senior Manager, IT Governance, CTO, Digital & Technology, Finance and Internal Audit. 2–4 years’ experience in IT governance, IT risk, cybersecurity, audit or compliance is ideal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, CISA or CRISC are a plus but not required.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Audit or Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support IT governance policies, trackers, governance calendars.
• Coordinate IT and cybersecurity governance activities with stakeholders.
• Assist internal and external IT audits, incl. ISO 27001 and related certifications.
• Maintain IT risk register and follow up on risk treatment plans.
• Prepare governance documentation, meeting materials, and papers.
• Support AI governance framework administration and AI policy coordination.
• Track governance approvals and maintain AI governance records.
• Prepare monthly governance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
