Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a IT/CS/IS/Business/Risk Management field or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity Governance or related technology function.
• Experience coordinating audits, ISO/IEC 27001, Cyber Trust Mark, or IT compliance activities.
• Experience in budget tracking, management reporting, and preparing business/approval papers.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills; proficient in MS Office and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Governance framework: trackers, governance calendar, follow-ups on actions, reviews, and IT proposal assessments.
• Coordinate internal/external IT audits and ISO/IEC 27001, Cyber Trust Mark certifications, including evidence collection and ISMS documentation.
• Support AI Governance implementation: maintain AI Policy, review AI use cases, track AI risk/compliance assessments.
• Support annual D&T CAPEX/OPEX budget planning, expenditure tracking, and IT procurement/governance documentation.
• Draft management papers and approval submissions, coordinate departmental meetings, training, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience coordinating audits, ISO/IEC 27001, Cyber Trust Mark, or IT compliance activities.
• Experience in budget tracking, management reporting, and preparing business/approval papers.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams/SharePoint.
