Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to support day-to-day IT governance, risk, and compliance across the Group. You will coordinate audits, ISO 27001 and Cyber Trust Mark activities, track risk and budget data, and report to the CTO and senior management.

The role also covers AI governance, security requirements in projects, and training programmes. You will work with D&T teams and corporate functions to ensure governance papers are complete, and budgets and procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, IS, Business or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in IT Governance, Cybersecurity, Risk or Audit.
• Approximately 5–8 years in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Governance framework, policies, trackers, and governance calendar.
• Coordinate cybersecurity governance activities and security requirements in projects.
• Coordinate internal/external IT audits and ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Trust Mark activities.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management, risk registers and treatment plans.
• Review IT proposals and governance papers for required information and approvals.
• Support AI governance activities, AI risk, security, privacy and compliance assessments.
• Draft and review management papers and updates for CTO and senior management.
• Coordinate department meetings, trainings, and events with budget tracking.
