Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY seeks an experienced Inventory & Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse inventory operations, drive accuracy, and lead a team to deliver efficient service. You will manage cycle counts, WMS transactions, and reporting, implement improvements, and partner with internal stakeholders to meet performance targets in a contract logistics environment.

A Diploma/degree in logistics or related field and 3–5 years' experience are preferred; strong Excel and ERP/WMS skills are

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams in a logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Experience preparing inventory reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and coach a team of warehouse personnel with performance monitoring.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory in the WMS.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate stock audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports and analyze trends.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Maintain and update procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service.
• Promote a safe working environment and compliance with policies.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
