Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and strong team performance. You will supervise day-to-day operations, support systems, monitor KPIs, and ensure safe, accurate, on-schedule activities.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, WMS/ERP knowledge, advanced Excel, and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, SCM, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics.
• Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas and reporting functions.
• Experience preparing operational reports, analysing KPIs, and presenting performance data.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills with experience maintaining operational procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to fulfill orders within service levels.
• Lead, coach and motivate staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Plan manpower allocation and coordinate daily activities to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management reviews.
• Support warehouse system administration with data entry and resolving system issues.
• Review and update operational procedures to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist in implementing new processes, system enhancements, and improvements.
• Perform inventory-related system transactions and keep records accurate.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
