in Singapore seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Inventory Controller to coordinate receiving, storage, inventory management, and timely distribution, aligning with policies and safety standards. You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and transporters, monitor ERP/WMS inventory movements, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate posting of transactions in the ERP system.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent and 1–2 years in a related field, preferably in F&B operations.
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Positive attitude and initiative.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory movement in ERP/WMS systems and ageing inventory for reporting and disposal.
Generate Daily Cycle Count reports and coordinate with Warehouse team for reporting to Finance.
Investigate stock discrepancies (System vs Physical).
Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate trucking with shipping agents and Purchasing.
Perform physical inventory receiving and transfers verifications in ERP/WMS.
Coordinate transfers, receiving, issuing and returns between warehouses and intercompany/3PLs.
Maintain proper documentation and posting of inventory transactions in ERP/WMS.
Handle general admin duties including invoices, delivery orders, and stock-related documents.
