Job summary

You will maintain accurate stock records, perform monthly stock takes, ensure proper storage and labeling, and assist with security and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience handling controlled, sensitive or high-accountability items advantageous.
• Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform stock counts.
• Willingness to undergo security/access clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and organize items according to type and storage requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Conduct 100% monthly stock takes and reconcile stock with records.
• Investigate discrepancies and report losses promptly.
• Support issue/return of items with proper documentation and labelling.
• Assist with logistics and delivery coordination, including weekly milk-run operations.
• Maintain security, safety and work procedures, and proper documentation.
