Job summary

The North Face in Singapore is hiring an Associate Allocator to help ensure products are available in stores and online, across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong DTC channels, collaborating with planning, buying, retail, operations, and distribution to optimize inventory.

Responsibilities include seasonal allocation planning, weekly replenishment, inventory transfers, store launches, tracking arrivals, and maintaining inventory records in SAP.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in retail, inventory allocation, replenishment, or merchandise planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of allocation, replenishment, stock balancing, and productivity.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal allocation plans for assortments across stores and digital channels.
• Execute weekly replenishment by analyzing sales, stock levels, receipts and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory performance to improve availability and sell-through across stores and ecommerce.
• Support new store openings, relocations and store refreshes with inventory planning.
• Track arrivals and movements, coordinating with supply chain for timely stock receipt.
• Coordinate cross-distribution center transfers to position inventory across markets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and related systems.
