Job summary

VF Corporation seeks an Associate Allocator to partner with Planning, Buying, Retail, Operations and Distribution across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong DTC channels. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, inventory allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain seasonal allocation plans for all seasonal product assortments, allocating inventory across stores and digital channels.
• Build allocation strategies that optimize product availability considering store layout and stockholding capacity.
• Execute weekly replenishment activities by analyzing sales, inventory levels, receipts, and logistics schedules.
• Monitor inventory performance across stores and eCommerce channels to improve availability and turnover.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers and inventory consolidations to maximize productivity.
• Support new store openings, relocations and launches by planning inventory allocation.
• Track product arrivals and movements with supply chain teams to ensure timely stock receipt.
