Job summary

Allkin Singapore Ltd is seeking a strategic, people-centred Manager, Internal Communications & Engagement to lead internal communications and employee engagement. You will partner with senior leaders, HR and divisions to strengthen organisational alignment, culture and priorities.

Key duties include developing the internal communications strategy and governance, creating leadership messages, driving engagement campaigns and events, and building capability across MS 365 tools including

• Proven experience developing and implementing internal communications or engagement strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising on communications.
