Job summary

Singtel Networks is seeking a Manager for Interconnect & Fixed Voice Operations in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day operations, system administration, and regulatory compliance for local fixed voice interconnects, ensuring high service availability and efficient provisioning.

Lead fault management, patching, and cybersecurity practices, while coordinating with operators, vendors, and internal teams to meet service levels and regulatory directives.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent in telecom, networking and IT.
• Strong knowledge of telecom networking protocols and interconnect concepts.
• Experience with legacy signaling (SS7/ISDN) and SIP-based voice systems.
• Linux knowledge and system administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BAU operations of local fixed voice interconnect systems for high availability.
• Ensure timely service provisioning, monitoring, and number porting activities.
• Manage interconnect junctions and signalling links with operators (FBO/SBO/OLO).
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for call failures and porting issues.
• Handle escalations from TAC, INOC, ISMC and external partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate order capture and provisioning.
