Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Singapore is seeking a capable leasing professional to source, negotiate, and close industrial and logistics leases across warehouses and distribution centers. The role involves representing landlords and tenants and building a strong local network.

You will conduct market research, tours, and site inspections, prepare proposals and lease comparisons, and negotiate terms to meet revenue targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 1-5 years in industrial/logistics real estate leasing or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's industrial property market and logistics sector.
• Understanding of lease structures, zoning regulations, and industrial property specifications.
• Valid CEA salesperson license is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close industrial and logistics leasing deals (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing space).
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, developers, and occupiers.
• Conduct market research, property tours, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, financial analyses, and lease comparisons.
• Negotiate lease terms including rental rates, tenure, fit-out contributions, and clauses.
• Collaborate with property management, legal, and transaction teams.
• Track market trends, vacancy rates, and rental benchmarks in industrial sectors.
• Meet revenue targets and business development goals.
