JLL Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Capital Markets Logistics & Industrial team. You will support transactions across logistics, industrial and warehouse assets in Singapore and APAC, performing financial modeling, market research and due diligence under the guidance of senior investment professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment banking, institutional real estate, private equity, capital markets advisory, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques.
• Experience with logistics, industrial, or warehouse transactions in Singapore or APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models including DCF, IRR and sensitivity analysis for logistics assets.
• Prepare valuation assessments and investment memoranda for potential transactions.
• Analyze tenant credit profiles, lease structures and cash flow scenarios for assets and portfolios.
• Monitor Singapore's logistics and industrial markets, track capital flows and transaction activity.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and support deal execution with data room management.
