Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a professional to source and execute industrial and logistics leasing transactions, representing landlords and tenants across warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing space, and logistics hubs.

You will build relationships, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and negotiate lease terms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 1-5 years in industrial/logistics real estate leasing or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's industrial property market and logistics sector.
• Understanding of lease structures, zoning regulations, and industrial property specifications.
• Valid CEA salesperson license is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities.
• Preferred: Established network of industrial tenants, 3PLs, or logistics operators.
• Preferred: Experience with build-to-suit or pre-leasing projects.
