Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a capable industrial and logistics leasing professional to originate and close deals across warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing space. You will build relationships with tenants and landlords, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and negotiate lease terms while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires 1–5 years of industrial/logistics real estate leasing experience, strong knowledge of Singapore's market, and a valid CEA salesperson license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 1–5 years in industrial/logistics real estate leasing or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's industrial property market and logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close industrial and logistics leasing deals (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing space).
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, developers, and occupiers.
• Conduct market research, property tours, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, financial analyses, and lease comparisons.
• Negotiate lease terms including rental rates, tenure, fit-out contributions, and clauses.
• Collaborate with property management, legal, and transaction teams.
• Track market trends, vacancy rates, and rental benchmarks in industrial sectors.
• Meet revenue targets and business development goals.
