Job summary

Eames Consulting is working with a major financial institution in Singapore to appoint an experienced Head of IAM who will own the identity and access management strategy and governance across the organisation. This senior, hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with operational delivery to keep access secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IAM function in financial services or regulated industry.
• Strong grounding in IAM governance frameworks and identity lifecycle management.
• People leadership experience managing an operations or engineering team.
• Familiarity with IAM/PAM platforms and MAS TRM regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the IAM strategy and roadmap aligned to security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead IAM governance: policies, standards, access certification and segregation of duties.
• Manage and develop the IAM operations team: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews and incident response.
• Partner with cyber security, audit, risk and compliance on identity-related controls and regulatory engagement.
• Drive maturity of privileged access management, identity lifecycle management and access governance tooling.
• Report on IAM risk posture, control effectiveness and remediation progress to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee IAM platform roadmaps and upgrades.
