Job summary

alphaeus pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior IAM Lead to oversee day-to-day delivery and governance of identity and access management across 50+ enterprise applications in a large public healthcare environment.

You will lead a sizeable team of ID Administrators, coordinate with client and delivery teams, and drive improvements in access governance, audits and reporting while ensuring service levels and privacy controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IAM or ID administration, access governance, security operations, and SLA delivery.
• Experience leading IAM operations for 20+ team members and 50+ applications.
• Experience in Singapore public healthcare or regulated privacy-sensitive environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC, least privilege and access reviews.
• Hands-on with AD, PAM, ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Proven client-facing SLA reviews, escalations and audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IAM operations across 50+ enterprise or healthcare apps and provide support.
• Direct ticket handling, prioritisation, backlog reduction, and SLA achievement.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, rotations and terminations with access readiness.
• Lead a sizeable team of ID Administrators and drive performance standards.
• Provide updates on performance, risks, escalations, and remediation actions.
• Oversee RBAC, privileged access governance, and audit evidence management.
• Produce management reporting and drive process improvements using Power BI and Excel.
