Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore seeks a senior leader to own IAM Authorisation security across the ICs Identity & Access Management portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive governance, and translate emerging identity risks into practical control patterns, partnering with architecture, risk and engineering teams.

You will influence security outcomes across AI-enabled patterns and digital assets, ensuring consistent, enterprise-wide identity protection in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total experience as a cybersecurity professional with governance experience in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM, Authorisation, PAM, and cloud identity concepts.
• Ability to translate risk signals into executable control requirements and engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the emerging identity security strategy and roadmap for IAM Authorisation.
• Define reusable control patterns and guardrails for emerging identity use cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on identity and access risk.
• Ensure horizon scanning translates into actionable IAM requirements and investment decisions.
