Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior People Operations Business Partner in Singapore to align business objectives with partners and employees across departments. You will act as a strategic advisor in talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.

You will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, forecast budgets for hiring, engagement and learning, and drive large-scale organisational changes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP in tech/fintech or high-growth firms.
• Proven track record solving complex problems and guiding organisational change.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
• Experience with HRIS and People analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Structured analytical skills and judgement for diagnosing challenges.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent HR projects within time and budget.
• Knowledge of employment laws across markets Grab operates in.

Responsibilities

• Shape the organisation's future by aligning needs with business leaders in design decisions.
• Diagnose problems by linking insights across teams and anticipate downstream effects.
• Lead HR programmes and learning initiatives to upskill the workforce.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Partner on workforce planning and budgeting for hiring, engagement, and L&D.
• Drive large-scale organisational changes and manage stakeholders for buy-in.
• Utilise people metrics to guide data-based decisions and changes.
