Cognex Vision Spain is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee key programs, recruitment strategies, and business partnerships in a dynamic hi-tech environment in Singapore. The role focuses on talent development, leadership coaching, and employee lifecycle management to align with organizational goals.

Formación

• 15 years HR experience in hi-tech multi-national companies with exposure to manufacturing site, sales office and engineering teams.
• Experience in manufacturing companies preferred, though Cognex operates like a tech product company with final assembly at Cognex.
• 2+ years of high-volume direct labor recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws is a must.
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Familiar with international mobility and local employment law for foreigners.
• Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive HR programs including Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Engagement Survey.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and activities.
• Act as trusted advisor to management and leadership to support business strategy and initiatives.
• Identify key talent development needs and implement solutions to boost engagement and effectiveness.
• Coach leadership to address organizational needs; plan workforce development and succession.
• Provide coaching across the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, development and offboarding.
• Lead ad-hoc HR projects in collaboration with the business and HR teams.
