Qualifications

• 15+ years HR experience in hi-tech environments.
• Experience with manufacturing sites, sales offices and engineering teams.
• 2+ years of high-volume direct labor recruitment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own HR programs including Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Engagement Survey.
• Provide expertise on HR policy and help improve policies and processes.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and activities.
• Act as trusted advisor to management and leadership on business strategy.
• Identify talent development needs and implement solutions to boost engagement.
• Coach leadership to enhance capabilities and address organizational needs.
• Support workforce planning, career development and succession planning.
• Guide managers and employees through the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
