NLB Singapore is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner leader to translate business priorities into forward-looking workforce actions across divisions. You will provide integrated advice on workforce planning, talent, performance, organisation and people matters, and connect Divisions with specialist HR capabilities where required.

The role also drives leadership and development of the Business Partnering function, strengthening capability, consistency and cross-cutting workforce priorities.

Qualificações

• Ability to understand business priorities and translate into workforce implications.
• Strong analytical judgement from data to recommendations.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
• Broad HR knowledge across domains; know when to escalate to specialists.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning, HR business partnering, talent, succession.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Business Partnering & Workforce Advisory for Divisions.
• Build advisory relationships with Division Directors and leadership teams.
• Use HR dashboards and data to diagnose workforce risks and opportunities.
• Lead forward workforce planning considering future work and technology impacts.
• Advise on workforce interventions and connect with specialist HR teams.
• Provide leadership to Business Partners and set standards for analysis and engagement.
• Identify organizational issues and develop interventions with senior leaders.
