Job summary

CMC Markets, a leading fintech firm, is seeking a Human Resource Manager in Singapore to partner with management on people strategies and daily HR needs. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.

You will also manage work passes, performance reviews, compensation activities and global HR reporting, helping to build a high‑performing culture across the business.

Human Resource Manager### Human Resource ManagerApply: Singapore: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: End Date: November 30, 2026 (28 days left to apply): CMC5784* Working closely with CMC’s Human Resources team and wider management team on resource requirements and general employee matters.* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition with a proven track records of attracting, hiring and retaining talent.* Provide a high quality and cost-effective recruitment service. This will include placing ads on eFinancials and relevant websites and corresponding with applicants in a timely and professional manner.* Providing services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including employment/education training (eg. CFMAS exams), employee development, compensation & benefits including insurance administration.* To build and manage relationships within the business and HR colleagues globally.* Preparing employment contracts, induction and orientation material for new recruits. Assist with new employee documentation and set up for payroll.* Responsible for foreign workers’ work passes including new application and renewal of Work Permit, S Pass and EP.* Update and maintain employee records in Workday.* Responsible for managing Singapore payroll via external payroll provider.
