Job summary

You will partner with business leaders on planning and policy implementation, oversee performance management, payroll, and HR analytics to support organizational growth and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
