Job summary

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise designated business groups on workforce planning, performance, talent, and policy implementation. You will partner with management to design and deploy HR strategies aligned to business goals.

You will act as a strategic liaison between corporate HR and business teams, translating needs into actionable HR programmes and ensuring consistency with public service standards and HDB policies.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HR partnering experience aligning HR strategies with business needs.
• Understanding of Public Service HR processes; Workday experience is advantageous.
• Independent yet a collaborative team player with cross-team solutioning ability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting small or growing teams and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic liaison between corporate HR and business groups.
• Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, performance and talent management.
• Review HR policies and programmes to balance business needs and organisation direction.
