Job summary

The National University of Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner (Senior Executive / Executive) to join the CLS/MD6 HR Partnering team at Kent Ridge Campus. You will partner with academic leaders and managers to provide comprehensive HR support and initiatives.

You will handle talent acquisition, staff retention, compensation, performance appraisals, and people development while applying Employment Act knowledge and data-driven insights. This role is based on-campus at Kent Ridge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, labour laws and guidelines.
• AI literacy with workplace AI assistants and analytics dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player focused on university objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with academic leaders and line managers to provide HR advisory aligned with goals and policies.
• Manage recruitment, appointment and re-appointment of staff including principal investigators and researchers.
• Facilitate annual performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employee matters and development.
• Manage employee feedback and address workplace concerns with solutions.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement people strategies.
• Support HR projects and other assigned responsibilities.
