Job summary

Clarksons PLC in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team. You will work with the Divisional HR Director on HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, policy development, HRIS, reporting and payroll.

You will partner with global leaders, oversee campus programmes and recruitment, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support regional HR deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific employment law.
• Experience with payroll, HR operations, recruitment and HR policy development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional Director to liaise with Global Heads and MDs to address business HR needs.
• Assist Divisional Director with quarterly regional HR deliverables.
• Oversee talent initiatives including global trainee programmes and campus recruitment.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and HR system changes in SuccessFactors.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonuses and promotions processes.
• Renew and oversee insurance benefits plans.
• Handle HR operations and employee relations in the Singapore office.
