Job summary

You will manage a full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, staff retention, compensation, performance appraisals, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner and support business line heads and managers in a proactive, consultative approach across Talent Acquisition, Staff Retention, Compensation, Performance Appraisals, and Talent Development
• Collaborate with COEs to review, develop, implement, and administer rewards/benefits programmes
• Serve as contact point for employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to business units
• Lead process review and improvement projects to translate ideas into action
